Initially, we placed the grounding sheet beneath another sheet, but after a few weeks, my son and I started sleeping directly on it, and the difference has been incredible. If there's one suggestion I could make, it would be to offer the sheet in pure white. This change could appeal to those who prioritize aesthetics and are skeptical about the benefits of grounding. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this product without hesitation!

My daughter got me one of these for me a few weeks ago and she said it was to help me sleep.
